LifeMirror AI ("we", "us") operates trylifemirror.com — a 12-question self-reflection experience that generates a personalized AI-written report. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@trylifemirror.com.

Quiz answers — the A/B choices you make across 12 questions. No free-text answers are collected in the main flow.

Session data — a random session identifier, your archetype result, and the generated report, so you can revisit it via your results link.

Payment status — when you purchase, our payment provider (Creem, acting as merchant of record) processes the transaction and shares order references and payment status with us. We never see or store your full card details.

Ambassador program — only if you choose to join as an ambassador or team leader: a nickname, an optional contact (such as a social handle or email), and your referral relationship.

No account registration and no real name are required to use the product.

No full payment card numbers — payments are handled entirely by Creem.

No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

To generate your report: your quiz answers are sent to third-party AI providers (currently DeepSeek, with OpenAI as fallback) solely to generate your letter, analysis, and roadmap.

To deliver and store your result so you can view it again through your session link.

To process payments and reconcile orders (via Creem and our webhook integration).

To prevent abuse: we apply rate limiting per IP address to protect service stability and costs.

Your report is AI-generated. We do not use your quiz answers to train AI models. Third-party AI providers process your answers only to produce your report, under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Outputs are intended for self-reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, or professional advice.

Sessions and generated reports are retained so you can revisit your result. If you would like your data deleted, contact hello@trylifemirror.com with your session link and we will erase it.

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR for EEA/UK residents and the CCPA for California residents), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to know that we never sell personal data.

To exercise any right, email hello@trylifemirror.com. We respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

We use only strictly necessary storage (such as your session link) to make the product work. We do not run advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies.

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Database access is restricted to our servers using least-privilege keys, and row-level security is enabled on all tables. Anonymous public access to the database is disabled.

LifeMirror AI is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date on this page.
